Gas, Electric, Water, Towels, Bed Linen & also includes Maid Service once 
a week.

25% deposit payable within 7 days of booking, and remaining balance 
due 6 weeks 
before arrival. 

Prices are weekly, not per person, and for a maximum of 6 persons.

£100 damages deposit also required (Refundable)
(£30 will be taken if barbeque not clean)
