We are one of the few companies in the country with the necessary qualifications and experience to carry out Air Leakage Testing on all types of buildings. Our engineers have all completed 'BINDT' recognised training.

Our reports contain all information in a clear and concise presentation which shows that the building has met the ASSUMED ‘Air Permeability’ set in the SAP calculations.

Our air leakage tests are carried out in accordance with ATTMA TS1, to satisfy the current Building Regulations ‘Approved Document L1A’ 2006 edition.

In the event of a failure, we, at ‘Airtight Testing’, offer smoke testing which can determine the main areas of leakage (this service is often available on the test day).
